The guarantee
One sentence, the same everywhere.
Name, pronunciation and fact fixes are free, always. One new take is included. If two fixes still don't get it right, full refund within 30 days.
You will find these exact words on the landing page, under the preview, next to the Pay button, on your song page and in every email. We do not paraphrase it, because guarantee words get read literally and screenshotted, and they should be.
What it means
Two things, spelled out.
- Name and fact fixes
- Unlimited and free, with no time limit. A name sung wrong, a pronunciation that is off, a date or a place that is wrong: point at the line on your song page and tell us. We re-record only that line where the tools allow it, otherwise a new take in the same style. Your original is never deleted.
- One new take
- 1 new take is included with every order, for when the words are right but the feel is not. More are $5 each. Before you pay you also get one re-record on the preview.
To ask for a fix, use your song page or contact us with your order id. Support: [email protected], SpecialSong Ltd.
