The licence
What you may do with the song, in plain words.
- The Song — personal use
- Yours to keep, play, gift and share with the people in your life, forever: the files, the lyrics and the page, including on your own social media. Not for resale, streaming or distribution services, broadcast or paid advertising. We make no warranty that the recording is copyrightable.
- The Keepsake — business use under our terms
- Business use allowed under our terms: play it at your event, in your office and on your own social channels. No broadcast, no paid ads, no resale, no streaming or distribution services, no copyright warranty, no indemnity.
There is no “commercial licence” to buy because we cannot honestly sell one: the music comes from AI tools whose terms do not let us warrant copyright. If you need a song for paid ads or broadcast, write to us first.
Pricing questions.
How much is it?
One payment, everything included: the full song with both takes, the MP3 and WAV, the lyric sheet, a private gift page, and free name and fact fixes. The Keepsake adds the lyric video, a second style and a printable poster. The only add-on at checkout is the lyric video, unticked by default. You see the exact amount on the checkout page before you pay, and it does not change after the preview. See pricing.
What if I don’t love it?
You hear 45 seconds of both takes before you pay, so you only buy it if it already works. After purchase:
Name, pronunciation and fact fixes are free, always. One new take is included. If two fixes still don't get it right, full refund within 30 days.
Can I download it?
Yes, that is the point. The MP3 (320 kbps) and the WAV are on your page the moment you pay, with no expiry and no “download fee”. The private song page and the gift page stay up for as long as we exist.
What do I get, exactly?

Do I need an account?
No. One email at the gate so we can send you the song, and a link that is yours. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card through Stripe; we never see the card number. Order lookup is at /track.
